Every year, the City of Estacada reviews collection costs for garbage and recycling services in the City of Estacada.  The cost of garbage and recycling are impacted by many factors including rising labor and fuel costs and regional factors like disposal costs charged to garbage and recycling companies.  Due to the rising costs, it was necessary to increase the fees (effective October 1, 2026) for services in your area.
