Service Update - September 22, 2020

We appreciate your patience and understanding with service delays that occurred the week of September 14-18, 2020 due to poor air quality and wildfires.

This Arrow Sanitary Service update covers:

  • City of Portland Residential Collection
  • City of Gresham Residential Collection
  • Clackamas County / City of Estacada Residential Collection

City of Portland Residential Collection

No Recycle was collected the week of September 14-18 in Portland.  Please place extra recycle in paper bags and cardboard boxes on the side and we will take it at no charge this week.    

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding of our decision to keep our employees and the community safe during these challenging times.

City of Gresham Residential Collection

No yard debris was collected the week of September 14-18 in Gresham. Please place out extra yard debris in paper yard debris bags or in an extra 32-gallon can and we will take it at no charge this week.

Clackamas County / City of Estacada Residential Collection

Due to the wildfires and evacuation zones in Clackamas County some customers may have not received any service the week of September 14-18.  If your service was disrupted last week, we will be collecting extra garbage and recycle at no charge due to the disruptions.
